1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to enhance the selling process, maximizing sales and transaction values.
3. Capture and manage customer information for database entry.
4. Develop and maintain lasting client relationships to enhance client retention.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels including email and phone.
6. Assist with general housekeeping and visual maintenance of the store.
7. Support inventory controls, including shipping, receiving, damages, and cycle counts.
8. Maintain a clean, secure, and organized stockroom inventory.
9. Adhere to all company policies.

1. Prior selling experience preferred.
2. Desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales.
3. Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design.

5. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Beginner level experience in retail or sales is preferred.
