1. Achieve individual and store sales targets, including KPIs and CRM requirements.
2. Focus on cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
3. Drive growth of the local client network and recruit prospective clients.
4. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice.
5. Maintain client books to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
6. Communicate with clients to arrange appointments and share information about collections and new arrivals.
7. Foster open, positive, and constructive communication with team members.
8. Support merchandise inventory management, including tracking physical inventory and assisting with stock replenishment.
9. Assist in visual merchandising under the direction of the Visual Merchandising department.
10. Participate in store projects and back-office procedures, ensuring accurate use of POS systems.
11. Engage in inventory counts and goods reception, while maintaining store functionality.
12. Adhere to stockroom guidelines and ensure vigilance in store security and loss prevention.

1. Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) is advantageous.
3. Understanding of the luxury market and its practices.

At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, ideally within the luxury fashion sector.
