1. Create an exceptional shopping experience for clients.
2. Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up.
3. Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their styles and needs.
4. Capture and update all relevant client information to retain and detect new clients.
5. Drive growth of the local client network.
6. Recruit and convert prospective clients.
7. Collaborate with the team and manage store operations.
8. Support stock and inventory management.
9. Maintain open, positive, and constructive communication with team members.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience.
2. Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and/or luxury fashion is advantageous.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong customer service and selling skills.
3. Ability to mix and match Ready-to-Wear (RTW) items.
4. Keen fashion sense.
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in retail sales, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
