Kenzo Sales Associate

- Deliver a bespoke client experience that drives individual and store sales targets.
- Use deep product knowledge during the selling ceremony to maximise units sold and average transaction value.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in the company database to support clienteling and retention.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach (email, phone, personalized notes) and in-person service.
- Promote and support store events and client initiatives to strengthen local brand presence.
- Maintain boutique standards through merchandising, housekeeping, and visual presentation.
- Support inventory control activities including shipping, receiving, damage reporting and cycle counts.
- Organize and secure stockroom inventory to ensure efficiency and loss prevention.
- Comply with all company policies and operational procedures.
- Minimum three years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated clienteling skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to learn and operate retail software and point-of-sale systems; comfortable with digital tools.
