1. Provide personalized client experiences and build strong client relationships.
2. Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
3. Utilize product knowledge to enhance sales and increase transaction values.
4. Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures.
5. Gather and input customer information into the client relationship management system.
6. Promote store events through various communication channels.
7. Expand and maintain a comprehensive client book.
8. Follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
9. Assist in store housekeeping and image maintenance.
10. Support inventory control and shipping and receiving processes.

1. Minimum of two years of retail sales experience in a luxury environment.
2. Passion for fashion and the luxury goods industry.
3. Outstanding interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in computer software applications.
5. Experience with advanced clienteling and consignment.

The compensation for this position ranges from $17 to $22 per hour, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
