- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
- Support sales staff by retrieving merchandise from stock.
- Anticipate and resolve space and storage issues proactively.
- Maintain packaging levels and advise management on replenishment needs.
- Ensure all merchandise is ticketed.
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts.
- Engage in inventory reconciliation processes.
- Process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
- Complete paperwork related to inventory maintenance accurately.
- Collaborate with management for replenishment of sold-out styles.
- Assist in store housekeeping and maintenance of store image.
- Support visual merchandising and operational needs.
- Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance.
- Participate in visual merchandising maintenance.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Achieve sales goals set by management.
- Exemplify brand core values in customer interactions.
- Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent numeracy and IT skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail sector.
Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
