1. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
2. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
3. Support sales staff by retrieving merchandise from stock.
4. Anticipate and resolve space and storage issues proactively.
5. Maintain packaging levels and advise management on replenishment needs.
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed.
7. Participate in inventories and cycle counts.
8. Engage in inventory reconciliation processes.
9. Process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
10. Complete paperwork related to inventory maintenance accurately.
11. Collaborate with management for replenishment of sold-out styles.
12. Assist in store housekeeping and maintenance of store image.
13. Support visual merchandising and operational needs.
14. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance.
15. Participate in visual merchandising maintenance.
16. Assist other departments as needed.
17. Achieve sales goals set by management.
18. Exemplify brand core values in customer interactions.
19. Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.

1. Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
2. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
2. Excellent numeracy and IT skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail sector.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
