1. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
2. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
3. Support sales staff with merchandise retrieval from stock.
4. Anticipate and address merchandise maintenance needs.
5. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed and prepare for inventories and cycle counts.
6. Assist in processing inter-store transfers and shipments.
7. Complete paperwork related to inventory maintenance.
8. Collaborate with management for stock replenishment.
9. Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance.
10. Achieve sales goals and exemplify brand values in customer interactions.

1. Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
2. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
2. Excellent numeracy and IT skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

The compensation for this position ranges from $18 - $20 hourly, dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
