Kenzo Sales Associate

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
- Support sales staff by retrieving merchandise from stock as needed.
- Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
- Maintain packaging levels and advise management of replenishment needs.
- Ensure all merchandise is ticketed.
- Participate in the timely preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
- Maintain an active role in the inventory reconciliation process.
- Assist in processing inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
- Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
- Partner with management for replenishment of sold-out styles.
- Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of store image.
- Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs.
- Participate in visual merchandising, including regular maintenance due to sell-through.
- Assist other departments, including the selling floor, as needed.
- Meet and achieve sales goals as determined by management.
- Exemplify the core values of the brand when assisting customers.
- Ensure the highest standards in packaging client merchandise.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent numeracy and IT skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
The compensation for this position ranges from $18 - $21 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
