1. Adhere to all company policies and procedures
2. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion
3. Support sales staff with merchandise needs
4. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions
5. Maintain packaging levels and advise management of replenishment needs
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed
7. Participate in inventory preparation and completion
8. Assist in processing inter-store transfers and shipments
9. Complete paperwork related to inventory maintenance
10. Partner with management for replenishment on sold-out styles
11. Assist in general housekeeping and store maintenance
12. Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs
13. Participate in visual merchandising maintenance
14. Assist other departments as needed
15. Meet and achieve sales goals
16. Exemplify brand core values when assisting customers
17. Ensure highest standards in packaging client merchandise

1. Previous experience in a similar role preferred

1. Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
2. Excellent numeracy and IT skills
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Minimum 3 years

The compensation for this position ranges from $18 - $21 hourly, depending on relevant skills and experience.
