1. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
2. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
3. Support sales staff by retrieving merchandise from stock as needed.
4. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
5. Maintain packaging levels and advise management of replenishment needs.
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed.
7. Participate in the timely preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
8. Maintain an active role in the inventory reconciliation process.
9. Assist in processing inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
10. Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
11. Partner with management for replenishment of sold-out styles.
12. Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of store image.
13. Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs.
14. Participate in visual merchandising, including regular maintenance due to sell-through.
15. Assist other departments, including the selling floor, as needed.
16. Meet and achieve sales goals as determined by management.
17. Exemplify the core values of the brand when assisting customers.
18. Ensure the highest standards in packaging client merchandise.

1. Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
2. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
2. Excellent numeracy and IT skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

The compensation for this position ranges from $18 - $21 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
