1. Achieve individual and store sales targets.
2. Utilize product knowledge to enhance the selling experience and maximize sales.
3. Capture and maintain customer information for database entry.
4. Develop and nurture long-lasting client relationships to enhance retention.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels.
6. Assist with general housekeeping and visual maintenance of the store.
7. Support inventory controls, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counts.
8. Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
2. Strong desire to work in a retail environment with a focus on sales.
