1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Demonstrate brand values while assisting customers.
3. Support sales staff by retrieving stock merchandise.
4. Engage in team selling to enhance customer experience.
5. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value.
6. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
7. Capture and manage customer information for clienteling.
8. Develop lasting client relationships to enhance retention.
9. Promote store events through personalized communication.
10. Maintain a client book to grow engaged clientele.
11. Follow up on client issues such as shipping and alterations.
12. Assist in store housekeeping and image maintenance.
13. Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management.
14. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
15. Ensure merchandise is ticketed and organized.
16. Execute paperwork and procedures accurately.
17. Collaborate with management on stock replenishment and feedback.

1. 1+ years of experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Experience with European and/or luxury brands preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer interactions.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Excellent organizational skills.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years in a luxury retail sales environment.

$17 - $20 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
