Kenzo Sales Advisor

- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while contributing to the implementation of store action plans.
- Provide qualitative feedback to managers and maintain awareness of the local competitive landscape, including best practices and top-selling items.
- Master the sales ceremony from greeting to after-sales service, and possess comprehensive knowledge of product storytelling and details.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships through data collection, thank-you notes, and invitations, and establish connections with personal shoppers and stylists.
- Demonstrate teamwork by supporting colleagues, particularly new hires, and ensuring business continuity through autonomy and commitment.
- Embody the Kenzo brand as an ambassador, maintaining store standards in line with brand image and developing deep fashion knowledge.
- Adhere to uniform and grooming guidelines, adapt communication to client profiles in both local language and English, and maintain a positive demeanor.
- Comply with all procedures in accordance with the Store Handbook and local regulations, and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the fashion industry.
- Fluency in English and local language.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation.
- Proactive and dynamic with a passion for achieving sales targets.
