- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators, contributing to the implementation of store action plans.
- Provide qualitative feedback to managers and understand the commercial environment, including local competition.
- Master the sales ceremony from greeting to after-sales service, and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Foster long-term client relationships through data collection, thank-you notes, and invitations.
- Build and maintain relationships with personal shoppers, stylists, and concierge services.
- Exhibit teamwork by supporting colleagues, particularly new hires, in skill development.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Kenzo's heritage and current positioning.
- Ensure store standards align with brand image, including visual merchandising and maintenance.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of fashion culture, products, trends, and competitors.
- Adhere to uniform and grooming guidelines, adapting to client profiles in both local language and English.
- Demonstrate impeccable etiquette and a positive attitude at all times.
- Comply with all procedures as per the Store Handbook and local regulations, suggesting improvements for efficiency.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the fashion industry.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation.
- Dynamic, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in adapting communication to diverse client profiles.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the fashion industry.
