1. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators, contributing to the implementation of store action plans.
2. Provide qualitative feedback to managers and understand the commercial environment, including local competition.
3. Master the sales ceremony from greeting to after-sales service, and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
4. Foster long-term client relationships through data collection, thank-you notes, and invitations.
5. Build and maintain relationships with personal shoppers, stylists, and concierge services.
6. Exhibit teamwork by supporting colleagues, particularly new hires, in skill development.
7. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Kenzo's heritage and current positioning.
8. Ensure store standards align with brand image, including visual merchandising and maintenance.
9. Cultivate a deep understanding of fashion culture, products, trends, and competitors.
10. Adhere to uniform and grooming guidelines, adapting to client profiles in both local language and English.
11. Demonstrate impeccable etiquette and a positive attitude at all times.
12. Comply with all procedures as per the Store Handbook and local regulations, suggesting improvements for efficiency.

1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the fashion industry.
2. Fluency in English.
