- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while contributing to the implementation of store action plans.
- Provide qualitative feedback to managers and understand the competitive landscape, including local competitors' practices and best-sellers.
- Master the sales ceremony from greeting to after-sales service, and maintain comprehensive knowledge of product storytelling and details.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through data collection, thank-you cards, and invitations.
- Foster connections with personal shoppers, stylists, and conciergeries.
- Exhibit teamwork by supporting colleagues, particularly new hires, and demonstrate autonomy and commitment to ensure business continuity.
- Represent Kenzo as a brand ambassador, embodying the house's heritage and current positioning.
- Ensure store standards align with brand image, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Develop a deep understanding of fashion culture, products, trends, and competitors.
- Adhere to uniform and grooming guidelines, adapting to each client's profile in both local language and English.
- Exhibit impeccable etiquette and a positive attitude at all times.
- Master and comply with all procedures in accordance with the Store Handbook and local regulations, suggesting improvements for efficiency.
- At least 3 years of sales experience with a strong fashion culture.
- Fluent in English.
