Kenzo Sales Advisor

- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators, contributing to the implementation of action plans for the store.
- Provide qualitative feedback to Managers.
- Understand the commercial environment of the store, including local competition and best practices.
- Master the sales ceremony from greeting to after-sales service.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of product storytelling and information, including collections, seasons, and compositions.
- Foster long-term client relationships through data collection, thank you cards, and invitations.
- Establish and maintain connections with personal shoppers, stylists, and concierge services.
- Exhibit teamwork by supporting colleagues, especially new arrivals, in skill development.
- Demonstrate autonomy and commitment to ensure business continuity.

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills and presentation.
At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong foundation in fashion.
