1. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators, contributing to the implementation of action plans for the store.
2. Provide qualitative feedback to Managers.
3. Understand the commercial environment of the store, including local competition and best practices.
4. Master the sales ceremony from greeting to after-sales service.
5. Possess comprehensive knowledge of product storytelling and information, including collections, seasons, and compositions.
6. Foster long-term client relationships through data collection, thank you cards, and invitations.
7. Establish and maintain connections with personal shoppers, stylists, and concierge services.
8. Exhibit teamwork by supporting colleagues, especially new arrivals, in skill development.
9. Demonstrate autonomy and commitment to ensure business continuity.
10. Embody Kenzo as a brand ambassador, understanding its heritage and current positioning.
11. Ensure store standards align with brand image, including visual merchandising and maintenance.
12. Develop a deep understanding of fashion culture, products, trends, and competitors.
13. Adhere to uniform and grooming guidelines at all times.
14. Adapt to each client's profile, communicating in both the local language and English.
15. Exhibit impeccable etiquette and a positive mindset at all times.
16. Master and adhere to all procedures in compliance with the Store Handbook and local regulations.
17. Suggest improvements to current procedures to enhance efficiency.

1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

2. Strong challenge orientation and sales goal achievement.
3. Outstanding interpersonal skills and presentation.

At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong foundation in fashion.
