1. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators, contributing to the implementation of action plans for the store.
2. Provide qualitative feedback to Managers.
3. Understand the commercial environment of the store, including local competition, and gather data on competitors' sales and best practices.
4. Master the sales ceremony from greeting to after-sales service.
5. Possess comprehensive knowledge of storytelling and product information, including collections, seasons, and compositions.
6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through data collection, thank you cards, and invitations.
7. Establish and maintain connections with personal shoppers, stylists, and concierges.
8. Demonstrate teamwork by supporting colleagues, particularly new arrivals, in skill development.
9. Act autonomously and with commitment to ensure business continuity.
10. Embody the Kenzo brand as an ambassador, understanding the brand's heritage and current positioning.
11. Ensure store standards align with brand image, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and maintenance.
12. Develop a deep understanding of fashion culture, products, trends, and competitors.
13. Adhere to uniform and grooming guidelines at all times.
14. Adapt to each client's profile, communicating effectively in both the local language and English.
15. Exhibit impeccable etiquette and a positive attitude in all circumstances.
16. Master and comply with all procedures in accordance with the Store Handbook and local regulations.
17. Suggest improvements to current procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the fashion industry.
2. Fluent in English.

A minimum of three years in a sales role within the fashion industry is required.
