- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators, contributing to the implementation of action plans for the store.
- Provide qualitative feedback to Managers.
- Understand the commercial environment of the store, including local competition, and gather data on competitors' sales and best practices.
- Master the sales ceremony from greeting to after-sales service.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of storytelling and product information, including collections, seasons, and compositions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through data collection, thank you cards, and invitations.
- Establish and maintain connections with personal shoppers, stylists, and concierges.
- Demonstrate teamwork by supporting colleagues, particularly new arrivals, in skill development.
- Act autonomously and with commitment to ensure business continuity.
- Embody the Kenzo brand as an ambassador, understanding the brand's heritage and current positioning.
- Ensure store standards align with brand image, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Develop a deep understanding of fashion culture, products, trends, and competitors.
- Adhere to uniform and grooming guidelines at all times.
- Adapt to each client's profile, communicating effectively in both the local language and English.
- Exhibit impeccable etiquette and a positive attitude in all circumstances.
- Master and comply with all procedures in accordance with the Store Handbook and local regulations.
- Suggest improvements to current procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the fashion industry.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong fashion culture and knowledge.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation.
- Dynamic and proactive attitude.
A minimum of three years in a sales role within the fashion industry is required.
