1. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators, contributing to the implementation of store action plans.
2. Provide qualitative feedback to managers and understand the commercial environment, including local competition.
3. Master the sales ceremony from greeting to after-sales service.
4. Possess comprehensive knowledge of product storytelling and details, including collections, seasons, and composition.
5. Foster customer loyalty and engagement through long-term relationship building, including data collection and personalized communication.
6. Cultivate relationships with personal shoppers, stylists, and concierge services in the environment.
7. Exhibit teamwork by supporting colleagues in skill development, especially newcomers.
8. Demonstrate autonomy and commitment to ensure business continuity.
9. Embody the Kenzo brand by being an ambassador, knowledgeable about the brand's heritage and current positioning.
10. Ensure store standards align with brand image, including visual merchandising and maintenance.
11. Develop a deep understanding of fashion culture, products, trends, and competitors.
12. Adhere to uniform and grooming guidelines at all times.
13. Adapt to each client's profile, communicating effectively in both the local language and English.
14. Exhibit impeccable behavior and a positive attitude in all circumstances.
15. Master and comply with all procedures in accordance with the Store Handbook and local regulations.
16. Propose improvements to current procedures to enhance efficiency.

1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the fashion industry.
2. Fluency in English.

A minimum of three years of experience in sales, preferably within the fashion industry, is required.
