1. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators, contributing to the implementation of store action plans.
2. Provide qualitative feedback to managers and maintain awareness of the store's commercial environment, including local competition.
3. Master the sales ceremony from greeting to after-sales service, and possess comprehensive knowledge of storytelling and product details.
4. Cultivate long-term client relationships through data collection, thank-you cards, and invitations.
5. Establish connections with personal shoppers, stylists, and concierge services within the environment.
6. Demonstrate teamwork by supporting colleagues, particularly new arrivals, in skill development.
7. Act autonomously and with commitment to ensure business continuity.
8. Embody the Kenzo brand as an ambassador, maintaining store standards in line with brand image.
9. Develop an in-depth understanding of fashion culture, products, trends, and competitors.
10. Adhere to uniform and grooming guidelines, adapting to each client's profile in both local language and English.
11. Exhibit impeccable manners and a positive attitude at all times.
12. Comply with all procedures in accordance with the Store Handbook and local regulations, suggesting improvements for efficiency.

1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the fashion industry.

1. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
2. Strong relational skills and excellent presentation.
3. Proactive and dynamic with a passion for achieving sales objectives.

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the fashion sector, demonstrating a robust understanding of luxury retail dynamics.
