- Ensure store standards align with brand image, including visual merchandising and maintenance.

- Adhere to uniform and grooming guidelines, adapting to each client's profile in both local language and English.
- Exhibit impeccable etiquette and a positive attitude at all times.
- Master and comply with all procedures in accordance with the Store Handbook and local regulations.
- Suggest improvements to current procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Excellent fashion culture and knowledge.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation.
- Proactive and dynamic with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to adapt communication style to different clients.
