1. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators, contributing to the execution of store action plans.
2. Provide qualitative feedback to managers and understand the commercial environment, including local competition.
3. Master the sales ceremony from greeting to after-sales service, and possess comprehensive knowledge of product storytelling and details.
4. Cultivate long-term client relationships through data collection, thank-you cards, and invitations.
5. Establish connections with personal shoppers, stylists, and concierges within the environment.
6. Demonstrate teamwork by supporting colleagues, especially new arrivals, and maintain autonomy and commitment to ensure business continuity.
7. Embody the Kenzo brand as an ambassador, ensuring store standards align with brand image.
8. Adhere to uniform and grooming guidelines, and adapt to client profiles in both local language and English.

10. Comply with all procedures in accordance with the Store Handbook and local regulations, suggesting improvements for efficiency.

1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.

3. Fluent in English.
