1. Welcome and provide personalized advice to local and international clientele, ensuring a welcoming environment.
2. Showcase the Kenzo Paris universe and highlight the products and craftsmanship of the Maison.
3. Conduct sales with confidence and professionalism while maintaining customer relationships.
4. Contribute to the development of sales revenue and achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives.
5. Participate in the smooth operation of the store, including visual merchandising, transfers, and stock management.
6. Master and adhere to internal processes, exceeding all behavioral expectations in-store, respecting dress codes and store manager directives.
7. Actively develop product knowledge by staying informed about fashion trends.
8. Develop and retain clientele by fostering long-term relationships.

2. Enjoy working in a team with a strong sense of service and excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a taste for challenges.
4. Exhibit excellent demeanor and a positive attitude in all circumstances (politeness, body language, vocabulary).
5. Interest in retail; previous sales experience is a plus.
6. Fluent in English; a third language is appreciated.
