1. Welcome and provide personalized advice to both local and international clientele, ensuring a welcoming environment.
2. Introduce customers to the Kenzo Paris universe, highlighting the brand's products and craftsmanship.
3. Conduct sales with confidence and professionalism, maintaining client relationships.
4. Contribute to achieving sales targets and qualitative objectives.
5. Participate in store operations including visual merchandising, stock management, and transfers.
6. Adhere to internal processes, exceeding behavioral standards, and following dress code and store director's guidelines.
7. Continuously develop product knowledge and stay informed about fashion trends.
8. Cultivate and retain clientele by building long-term relationships.

2. Team-oriented with excellent service orientation and interpersonal skills.
3. Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a taste for challenges.
4. Exemplary demeanor and positive attitude in all circumstances (politeness, body language, vocabulary).

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is appreciated.
2. Interest in retail with a preference for candidates with initial sales experience.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Beginner level experience in sales is preferred, though not mandatory.
