1. Welcome and provide personalized advice to both local and international clientele, ensuring a comfortable environment.
2. Introduce clients to the world of Kenzo Paris, highlighting the brand's products and craftsmanship.
3. Conduct sales with confidence and professionalism, maintaining client relationships.
4. Contribute to the development of sales and achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives.
5. Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the store, including visual merchandising, transfers, and stock management.
6. Master and adhere to internal processes, exceeding all behavioral expectations in-store, including dress code and store manager directives.
7. Actively develop product knowledge by staying informed about fashion trends.
8. Develop and maintain client loyalty by establishing long-term relationships.

5. Interest in retail; prior sales experience is a plus.
6. Fluent in English; a third language is appreciated.
