Kenzo RTW Collection Merchandising Manager

- Develop collection briefs aligned with merchandising strategy, market needs, and customer feedback.
- Ensure pricing strategy and positioning are maintained.
- Monitor costs throughout development, collaborating with Development and Studio teams to achieve target margins.
- Foster close collaboration with the Studio Director.
- Define product assortments by delivery group and store group.
- Oversee collection development, including fittings, sampling, and editing.
- Manage the pre-purchase process, ensuring timely product delivery.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market opportunity assessments.
- Map competitor products and pricing.
- Build strong relationships with regional teams to understand market specifics.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify business opportunities.
- Act as a key partner in showroom preparation with commercial teams.
- Create commercial briefs and necessary documentation for showroom success.
- Develop commercial tools to support showroom activities, including training.
- Ensure margin adherence during showroom events.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
- Strong fashion sensitivity.
- Ability to quickly synthesize information with an analytical and organized mindset.
- Solution-oriented with decision-making capabilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across headquarters, retail, and market teams.
