Kenzo Retail Operations Manager

- Optimize staffing resources to align with in-store traffic.
- Develop and implement model organizational structures for boutiques.
- Oversee IT and CRM project operations.
- Conduct audits of sales and management operations in stores to ensure compliance with the store handbook and LVMH directives.
- Maintain and enhance the store handbook.
- Manage projects and processes to optimize inventory organization.
- Analyze key performance indicators such as inventory turnover, returns, discounts, and unknown markdowns.
- Manage the supply of non-commercial store necessities, including packaging and uniforms, and establish a centralized procurement process.
- Support stores in addressing operational issues, such as IT concerns and stock shortages.
- Represent retail in cross-functional topics, including after-sales service and store returns management.
- Coordinate store openings, renovations, and closures, including pop-ups, with external partners.
- Participate in organizing events to support retail and clienteling teams.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC +5) from a business school or equivalent university.
- 5 to 8 years of retail experience, including in-store roles.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with adaptability to changing environments and diverse stakeholders.
