1. Optimize staffing resources to align with store traffic.
2. Model standard organizational structures for boutiques.
3. Oversee operational aspects of IT and CRM projects.
4. Conduct audits of sales and management operations in stores to ensure compliance with the store handbook and LVMH guidelines.
5. Maintain and enhance the store handbook.
6. Manage projects and implement processes to optimize inventory organization.
7. Analyze key performance indicators such as inventory turnover, returns, discounts, and unknown shrinkage.
8. Manage the supply of non-commercial store necessities and establish a centralized procurement process.
9. Support stores in addressing operational issues such as IT concerns and stock shortages.
10. Represent the retail perspective on cross-functional topics, including after-sales service and store returns management.
11. Coordinate store openings, renovations, and closures, including collaboration with external vendors.
12. Assist in organizing events to support retail and clienteling teams.

1. Bachelor's degree (BAC +5) from a business school or equivalent university.
2. 5 to 8 years of retail experience, including in-store roles.
3. Analytical and synthesis skills, with adaptability to changing environments and diverse stakeholders.
4. Agility, a passion for challenges, and strong teamwork skills.
5. Proficiency in IT tools.
6. Fluent in English.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, with some experience in-store.
