1. Assist the Retail Director and teams in daily operations and organization of the Business Unit.
2. Contribute to the development of performance monitoring rituals for the region, including morning briefings, weekly and monthly reports, and managers' meetings.
3. Prepare presentations for Retail and Outlet managers.
4. Develop and maintain the business analysis tool base for the region, focusing on reporting, analysis, and identification of business development levers and opportunities.
5. Conduct short and medium-term potential analysis.
6. Support European Commercial teams in their daily functions, collaborating with Clienteling/CRM.
7. Contribute to the management of commercial operations and cross-functional projects in the region.

1. Enrollment in a Business School program (Bachelor's or Master's level).

1. Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Effective communication abilities.
4. Flexibility and adaptability.
5. Autonomy in work.
6. Fluency in French and English.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Enrollment in a Business School program (Bachelor's or Master's level).
