1. Update collection tracking documents.
2. Manage collection development files in collaboration with the studio, manufacturers, and merchandising teams.
3. Input product nomenclatures into the PLM system.
4. Enter collection launches into the ORLI system.
5. Create and maintain technical sheets.
6. Monitor and negotiate initial purchase prices (PRI).
7. Oversee the shipment and receipt of prototypes and collection pieces, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
8. Ensure model compliance upon receipt and guarantee delivery timelines align with fitting schedules and collection retro-planning.
9. Track quality by entering composition data into the PLM system for certification follow-up.

1. Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree in business, fashion, or a related field from institutions such as La Fabrique, LISAA, ENSAIT, or Modart.
2. Previous significant experience in a fashion house.

1. Passion for fashion with a strong product sensibility.
2. Proactive with excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in Excel, particularly in research functions and spreadsheets.
4. Fluent in French and English.

Beginner level experience in a fashion house is required.

Pursuing Bac+4/5 in business, fashion, or equivalent.
