Kenzo Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist

- Manage payroll processes for approximately 150 employees across France and Europe, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Create and update employee records in the payroll system.
- Collect and process payroll variables.
- Verify payroll slips and manage salary advances.
- Administer employee savings plans and salary garnishments.
- Transmit end-of-month financial statements to the Accounting department.
- Oversee employee exit processes, including final settlements and return of company property.
- Update and monitor social dashboards.
- Conduct various queries in the payroll system.
- Draft contracts, amendments, and attestations.
- Manage meal vouchers and CESU tickets.
- Handle sick leaves, work accidents, and insurance claims.
- Manage maternity, paternity, and parental leaves.
- Administer affiliations, changes, and terminations with partners such as occupational health services and insurance providers.
- Train new employees and managers on timekeeping, leave requests, and scheduling using ADP/Decidium.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a payroll specialist, preferably in the retail sector.
- Proficiency in payroll management and social legislation.
- Familiarity with ADP Decidium GE software is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management, ideally within the retail sector.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in a relevant field.
