Kenzo Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist

- Manage the complete payroll process for approximately 150 employees across France and Europe.
- Create and update employee records in the payroll system.
- Collect and process payroll variables.
- Verify payroll statements.
- Handle salary advances and manage employee savings plans.
- Transmit month-end financial statements to the Accounting department.
- Oversee employee offboarding processes, including final settlements and return of company property.
- Update and maintain HR dashboards.
- Conduct various queries in the payroll system.
- Draft contracts, amendments, and attestations.
- Manage meal vouchers and CESU tickets.
- Handle work stoppages, workplace accidents, and insurance claims.
- Administer maternity, paternity, and parental leave.
- Manage affiliations, changes, and terminations with partners such as occupational health centers and insurance providers.
- Train new employees and managers on attendance declarations, leave requests, and schedule entries in ADP/Decidium.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a payroll specialist, preferably in the retail sector.
- Proficiency in payroll systems, particularly ADP Decidium GE.
- Strong knowledge of social legislation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong team spirit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management, ideally within the retail sector, is required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
