1. Supervise and coordinate the monthly payroll process for all employees across France and Europe.
2. Manage the administrative aspects of personnel from onboarding to offboarding.
3. Handle affiliations and terminations with various partners, including occupational health centers and insurance providers.
4. Oversee social and fiscal declarations such as URSSAF, retirement, insurance, and disability obligations.
5. Ensure compliance with payroll and personnel administration laws and regulations.
6. Update and maintain personnel records within the group's HRIS.
7. Manage tracking of absences, leaves, and working hours.
8. Collaborate with department heads to address human resources needs.
9. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
10. Conduct legal and social monitoring to ensure company practices remain compliant.
11. Provide reports and analyses on payroll data and HR indicators.

1. Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Significant experience in a similar role (minimum 7 years), ideally within a retail environment.
3. Proficiency in ADP Decidium and Excel.
4. In-depth knowledge of social and fiscal legislation.
5. Ability to work independently.
6. Strong sense of confidentiality and professional ethics.
7. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
