- Supervise and coordinate the monthly payroll process for all employees across France and Europe.
- Manage the administrative aspects of personnel from onboarding to offboarding.
- Handle affiliations and terminations with various partners, including occupational health centers and insurance providers.
- Oversee social and fiscal declarations such as URSSAF, retirement, insurance, and disability obligations.
- Ensure compliance with payroll and personnel administration laws and regulations.
- Update and maintain personnel records within the group's HRIS.
- Manage tracking of absences, leaves, and working hours.
- Collaborate with department heads to address human resources needs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct legal and social monitoring to ensure company practices remain compliant.
- Provide reports and analyses on payroll data and HR indicators.
- Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Significant experience in a similar role (minimum 7 years), ideally within a retail environment.
- Proficiency in ADP Decidium and Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of social and fiscal legislation.
- Ability to work independently.

- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
