- Conduct analyses and communicate results, focusing on e-commerce, client, and acquisition optimization.
- Develop a strategic mindset in the omnichannel fashion space and share market insights and best practices.
- Collaborate with e-commerce, client, media, and IT teams to ensure data governance and quality.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and strategic ad-hoc reports, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Create data visualization tools and assist stakeholders in utilizing dashboards effectively.
- Compile and share market studies and webinars, offering benchmarks and optimizations to team leaders.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Bac +4/5).
- Previous experience as an analyst in e-commerce or client domains, demonstrating strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong team player with a high degree of rigor and autonomy.
- Interest in the luxury and fashion sector with a keen sense of priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of key e-commerce and digital media concepts.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Power BI.
- SQL skills are advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in English is essential.
Entry-level experience in e-commerce or client analysis is required.
