Kenzo Office Manager

- Provide administrative support for the management team, including invoice creation for General Services, Retail Europe, and temporary staffing, as well as during sales events.
- Create and track supplier creation requests.
- Support the Payroll & Personnel Administration teams with administrative tasks.
- Organize meetings and manage business card tracking.
- Oversee vehicle fleet management and clothing allowances.
- Monitor various maintenance activities for the Chambray-les-Tours site.
- Assist with monthly and annual reporting.
- Coordinate onboarding and welcoming of new employees and interns, including administrative integration, internal and external communication, distribution of welcome booklets, and organization of pre-employment medical visits.
- Manage internal communication by disseminating internal information.
- Contribute to headquarters activities, including quality of work life initiatives, informational meetings, and training sessions.
- Significant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong sense of service.
- Strong writing skills for high-quality internal communications.
- Proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Significant experience in a similar administrative or office management role is required.
