1. Update material sheets for the studio, development, and merchandising teams.
2. Maintain the order tracking table for sample cuts.
3. Input orders into the accounting software.
4. Collect pricing and technical sheets.
5. Format and verify collection masters.
6. Follow up with suppliers on technical sheets and order confirmations.
7. Input materials into the PLM system, including codifications, technical information, and pricing.
8. Extract and process data from the PLM system.
9. Send technical files and ensure information consistency.
10. Dispatch creation files to suppliers and monitor progress.
11. Conduct material scans and ensure proper integration into the PLM system.
12. Update the fabric library.
13. Visit suppliers at professional trade shows.

1. Student in business school, fashion school, or textile engineering.
2. Education level Bac +4/5.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Dynamic and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in English is appreciated.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with exposure to the fashion or textile industry.

Bac +4/5 in a relevant field.
