1. Update material sheets for studio, development, and merchandising teams.
2. Maintain the order tracking table for sample orders.
3. Enter orders into the accounting software.
4. Collect pricing and technical sheets.
5. Format and verify collection masters.
6. Follow up with suppliers for technical sheets and order confirmations.
7. Input materials into PLM, including coding, technical information, and pricing.
8. Extract and process data from PLM.
9. Send technical files and ensure information consistency.
10. Dispatch creation files to suppliers and monitor progress.
11. Scan materials and ensure proper integration into PLM.
12. Update the fabric library.
13. Visit suppliers at trade shows.

1. Enrollment in a business, fashion, or textile engineering school.
2. Pursuing a Bac +4/5 level education.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Dynamic and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in English is advantageous.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 level education in a relevant field.
