Kenzo Marketing Coordination Assistant

- Develop marketing activation toolkits for various markets and partners in collaboration with marketing and communication teams, including the art department, social media, visual merchandising, and press.
- Serve as the primary contact for markets regarding the operational follow-up and rollout of local marketing activation projects, such as out-of-home advertising and pop-up events, in collaboration with event management, the art department, and press.
- Oversee retail and wholesale marketing projects and consolidate global 360 activations into a unified support system.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing and 360 support materials for the marketing and communication department and executive management, including executive committee presentations and flash reports.
- Coordinate the newsletter schedule in collaboration with CRM, and assist in drafting client newsletters and editorial content for kenzo.com.
- Participate in updating the 360 calendar for digital channels (e-commerce & CRM) to ensure alignment with other 360 communication channels (visual merchandising, social media, press).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork and project management abilities.
- Fluency in French and English.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
