Responsibilities
- Develop marketing activation toolkits for various markets and partners in collaboration with marketing and communication teams, including art department, social media, visual merchandising, and press.
- Serve as the point of contact for markets to oversee the operational follow-up and rollout of local marketing activation projects (e.g., OOH, Pop-up) in collaboration with events, art department, and press.
- Monitor retail and wholesale marketing projects and consolidate global 360 activations into a single support.
- Participate in the creation of marketing and 360 materials for the marketing and communication department and management (e.g., executive committee presentations, 360 committee presentations, flash reports).
- Coordinate the newsletter schedule in collaboration with CRM, and assist in drafting client newsletters and editorial texts for kenzo.com.
- Contribute to updating the 360 calendar on the digital side (e-commerce & CRM) to align with other 360 communication channels (e.g., visual merchandising, social media, press).
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in business school or equivalent university program.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, responsiveness, and analytical thinking.
- Teamwork and project management skills.
- Interest in fashion and marketing.
- Fluency in French and English.
