Kenzo Marketing & PR Manager

- Promote and uphold the brand image in the Japanese market, ensuring alignment with global brand standards.
- Develop and execute comprehensive 360-degree Marketing & PR plans tailored to local market needs.
- Manage and oversee the Marketing, PR, Retail event, and CRM budget, ensuring strategic allocation and reporting to headquarters.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media, editors, stylists, and key opinion leaders to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing events and projects.
- Oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media management and online advertising campaigns.
- Plan and manage press activities, including sample management and media coverage reporting.
- Organize and execute events to increase brand awareness and identity, ensuring consistency with global brand image.
- Manage CRM programs and customer loyalty initiatives, analyzing customer data to inform strategy.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in PR/AD management within the fashion industry.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese, both spoken and written, at a business level.
- Strong influential and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze and understand market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital tools.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
A minimum of 5 years in PR and advertising management within the fashion industry is required.
University degree in a relevant field.
