1. Assist in the negotiation and management of retail leases and contracts with major department stores both domestically and internationally.
2. Prepare and oversee contracts related to marketing and communication events, including production agreements with photographers and videographers, as well as collaboration and partnership contracts.
3. Draft import contracts and amendments for exclusive distribution agreements.
4. Support the Data Protection Officer in contractual matters, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and updating the processing register.
5. Update the contract management software and maintain various departmental dashboards related to real estate, corporate, and distribution matters.
6. Conduct legal research and monitor jurisprudential developments.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law (Bac+4/5) with a specialization in Business Law.
2. Previous legal internship experience is preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
4. In-depth knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5. Fluent in legal English.

1. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to synthesize information effectively.
2. Dynamic and proactive with a keen interest in the fashion industry.

Beginner level experience in a legal setting, ideally through a prior internship.

Master's degree in Business Law (Bac+4/5)
