1. Assist in managing the run activity, monitoring Level 1 and Level 2 support, and coordinating tickets with business teams until resolution.
2. Support the implementation of new features on the point-of-sale application.
3. Document processes to enhance the knowledge base.
4. Propose and implement feasible and appropriate solutions, contributing to improvements and developments.
5. Organize the backlog in Jira and consolidate documentation in Confluence.
6. Communicate with business users, including boutiques, retail management, and regional IT teams.
7. Conduct tests on the Cegid Y2 tool for projects and incidents.
