Kenzo IT Retail Project Assistant Intern

- Assist in managing the run activity, monitoring Level 1 and Level 2 support, and coordinating tickets with business teams until resolution.
- Support the implementation of new features on the point-of-sale application.
- Document processes to enhance the knowledge base.
- Propose and implement feasible and appropriate solutions, contributing to improvements and developments.
- Organize the backlog in Jira and consolidate documentation in Confluence.
- Communicate with business users, including boutiques, retail management, and regional IT teams.
- Conduct tests on the Cegid Y2 tool for projects and incidents.
