Kenzo IT Retail Project Assistant Intern

- Assist in managing the run activity, including monitoring Level 1 and 2 support and coordinating tickets with business teams until resolution.
- Support the implementation of new features on the point-of-sale application.
- Document processes to enhance the knowledge base.
- Propose and implement feasible and appropriate solutions, contributing to improvements and developments.
- Organize the backlog in Jira and consolidate documentation in Confluence.
- Communicate effectively with business users, including stores, retail management, and regional IT teams.
- Conduct testing on the Cegid Y2 tool for projects and incidents.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or equivalent.
- Fluency in English is required.
- First experience in IT support is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Cegid Y2 software is a plus.
- Autonomous and rigorous work ethic.

- Effective communication skills.
Beginner level experience in IT support or related field.
