Kenzo IT Retail Project Assistant Intern

1. Assist in managing the run activity, including monitoring Level 1 and 2 support and coordinating tickets with business teams until resolution.
2. Support the implementation of new features on the point-of-sale application.
3. Document processes to enhance the knowledge base.
4. Propose and implement feasible and appropriate solutions, contributing to improvements and developments.
5. Organize the backlog in Jira and consolidate documentation in Confluence.
6. Communicate effectively with business users, including stores, retail management, and regional IT teams.
7. Conduct testing on the Cegid Y2 tool for projects and incidents.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or equivalent.
2. Fluency in English is required.
3. First experience in IT support is advantageous.
4. Knowledge of Cegid Y2 software is a plus.
