1. Manage IT activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery, including store openings, pop-up stores, relocations, and events across EMEA.
2. Contribute to the Workplace Roadmap and associated annual budget.
3. Monitor expenses, orders, and invoices within the European scope.
4. Oversee IT asset lifecycle management, including procurement, stock management, and leasing.
5. Continuously improve ITSM processes.
6. Measure and report performance indicators to management.
7. Challenge SLAs and KPIs with partners.
8. Ensure knowledge management for support activities.
9. Maintain uniformity and compliance of hardware and software across European IT infrastructure.
10. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and partners.
11. Apply LVMH/Kenzo security standards in collaboration with the SECOPS team.
12. Act as the primary contact for regional helpdesks and SSCs.
13. Conduct initial analysis and follow-up on network incidents in stores.
14. Resolve security alerts from the SOC with the team.
15. Ensure operational readiness of all European sales points and headquarters with Level 3 support and vendors.
16. Perform preventive maintenance of sales points with the team.

1. Degree from an engineering school or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT support.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong organizational and methodological abilities.
3. Proficiency in both English and French.
4. ITIL or ServiceNow certifications preferred.

A minimum of 10 years in IT support is required.

Degree from an engineering school or equivalent.

The position offers a hybrid working mode and is open to individuals with disabilities. Travel within Europe and occasional weekend work during peak periods are required.
