Kenzo Industrialization and Quality Technician

- Lead the standardization of Ready-to-Wear models, ensuring quality control, accurate measurements, fit, and compliance of finished products.
- Collaborate closely with the Collection department, Atelier, and External Offices to create technical production dossiers and conduct risk analysis to ensure industrial feasibility and stylistic integrity.
- Communicate technical dossiers to manufacturers and report any material or production challenges to Planning, Quality, and Purchasing departments.
- Oversee the production sample process through to production approval.
- Ensure adherence to timelines from standardization to market launch in alignment with seasonal calendars.
- Monitor production quality both in-line and upon receipt, proposing improvements for factory processes or post-production corrections.
- Manage corrections in collaboration with manufacturers and external partners.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles.
- Background in pattern making, model mechanics, or garment manufacturing.
- Experience with both men's and women's Chain and Weft products, including denim, knitwear, and jersey.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in LECTRA and experience with PLM systems, particularly Centric.
- Recognized for expertise, precision, and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage urgent situations and propose solutions.
- Managerial experience is advantageous.
- Expertise in garment industrialization and quality assurance.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficiency in technical software such as LECTRA and PLM systems.
- Fluency in English.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
A minimum of 10 years in roles related to garment industrialization and quality assurance, with a focus on Chain and Weft products.
Background in pattern making, model mechanics, or garment manufacturing.
