1. Lead a team of six quality managers, ensuring adherence to KPIs.
2. Organize standardization schedules with all stakeholders.
3. Coordinate with the Collection Service, Atelier, and External Offices to ensure the industrial feasibility and stylistic integrity of production dossiers.
4. Monitor the workload schedules of design offices.
5. Ensure adherence to timelines from standardization to production completion, aligned with seasonal calendars.
6. Oversee production quality (in-line or upon receipt) and propose improvements for factory or post-production corrections.
7. Coordinate with service providers on non-conformities (QIMA / INTERTEK / BERREY SERVICES/ QUALITY WAREHOUSE).
8. Manage invoices and budget oversight.
9. Conduct risk analysis on material quality.
10. Manage and monitor material quality.
11. Ensure compliance for China, Japan, and Wholesale markets, including GB China test monitoring.
12. Act as the reference for after-sales service for ready-to-wear, handling internal and external communication.
13. Oversee testing and validation of compositions and care labels.

1. Significant management experience in a similar domain.
2. Knowledge of denim, knitwear, jersey, and woven fabrics for both men and women.
3. Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.

1. Proficiency in Excel and experience with PLM systems (Centric).
2. Recognized for expertise, rigor, and results orientation.
3. Ability to manage emergencies and propose solutions.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
