1. Lead the standardization of Ready-to-Wear models, including woven and finished products, ensuring quality control, accurate measurements, proper fit, and compliance.
2. Collaborate closely with the Collection Service, Workshop, and External Offices to create technical production dossiers and analyze risks to ensure industrial feasibility while maintaining stylistic intentions.
3. Transmit technical dossiers to manufacturers and communicate any material or production challenges to Planning, Quality, and Purchasing departments.
4. Oversee the production sample process up to the production approval stage.
5. Ensure adherence to timelines from standardization to market launch in alignment with the seasonal calendar.
6. Monitor production quality both in-line and upon receipt, proposing improvements for factory processes or post-production corrections.
7. Manage corrections in collaboration with manufacturers or external partners.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles.

1. Proficiency in Lectra and experience with PLM systems, particularly Centric.
2. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
3. Expertise in woven, denim, knitwear, and jersey products.
4. Strong problem-solving and proposal skills.
5. Ability to manage urgent situations with a results-oriented approach.

A minimum of 10 years in similar roles within the fashion industry, with a strong background in woven and knit products.

Training in Lectra modeling, model mechanics, or a background in garment manufacturing workshops/factories.
