1. Lead the standardization of Ready-to-Wear models, including Chain and Weft and Finished Products, ensuring quality control, measurement accuracy, fit, and compliance.
2. Collaborate closely with the Collection Service, Atelier, and External Offices to create technical production dossiers and conduct risk analysis to ensure industrial feasibility and stylistic integrity.
3. Communicate technical dossiers to manufacturers and report any material or production challenges to Planning, Quality, and Purchasing departments.
4. Oversee the production sample process until production approval is achieved.
5. Ensure adherence to the production schedule from standardization to market launch, in alignment with the seasonal calendar.
6. Monitor production quality both in-line and upon receipt, proposing improvements for factory processes or post-production corrections.
7. Manage corrections in collaboration with manufacturers and external partners.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles within the fashion industry.
2. Background in Lectra modeling, model mechanics, or experience in a garment manufacturing workshop/factory.
3. Proficiency in working with Men's and Women's Chain and Weft products, with knowledge of denim, knitwear, and jersey.

1. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
2. Mastery of LECTRA and experience with PLM systems, particularly Centric.
3. Recognized expertise, precision, and results-oriented approach.
4. Ability to manage urgent situations and provide innovative solutions.

A minimum of 10 years in similar roles within the fashion industry, with a focus on Chain and Weft products.

Training in Lectra modeling, model mechanics, or related fields.
