- Recruitment of interns and apprentices for Retail Europe, including boutiques and Head Office.
- Management of internship agreements and onboarding processes.
- Facilitation of school relations through partnerships, forums, and events.
- Coordination of discovery internships.
- Assistance in the recruitment of fixed-term and permanent retail staff in Europe.
- Posting job advertisements on job boards and sourcing candidates.
- Initial candidate screening.
- Recruitment of sales teams for pop-up stores.
- Organization of integration sessions.
- Daily management of interns and apprentices.
- Participation in team projects and missions.
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources program.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse internal stakeholders.
Entry-level experience; previous experience in retail is appreciated.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources.
