1. Recruitment of interns and apprentices for Retail Europe, including boutiques and Head Office.
2. Management of internship agreements and onboarding processes.
3. Facilitation of school relations through partnerships, forums, and events.
4. Coordination of discovery internships.
5. Assistance in the recruitment of fixed-term and permanent retail staff in Europe.
6. Posting job advertisements on job boards and sourcing candidates.
7. Initial candidate screening.
8. Recruitment of sales teams for pop-up stores.
9. Organization of integration sessions.
10. Daily management of interns and apprentices.
11. Participation in team projects and missions.

1. Currently enrolled in a Human Resources program.
2. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.

Entry-level experience; previous experience in retail is appreciated.
