1. Recruitment of interns and apprentices for both retail locations and the Head Office.
2. Management of internship agreements and onboarding processes.
3. Facilitation of school relations, including partnerships, forums, and events.
4. Coordination of discovery internships.
5. Assistance in the recruitment process for temporary and permanent retail positions across Europe.
6. Posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates.
7. Initial candidate screening.
8. Recruitment for pop-up store teams.
9. Organization of integration sessions.
10. Daily management of interns and apprentices.
11. Participation in team projects and missions.

1. Currently enrolled in a Human Resources program.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.

1. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
2. Familiarity with retail operations is advantageous.
3. Ability to work with diverse internal stakeholders.

No prior experience required, though retail experience is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources.
