1. Recruitment of interns and apprentices for Retail Europe, including both in-store and Head Office positions.
2. Management of internship agreements and onboarding processes.
3. Facilitation of school relations through partnerships, forums, and events.
4. Coordination of discovery internships.
5. Participation in the recruitment of fixed-term and permanent retail positions in Europe, including job posting and candidate sourcing.
6. Initial candidate screening and recruitment for pop-up store sales teams.
7. Organization of integration sessions for new hires.
8. Daily management of the intern and apprentice population.
9. Contribution to team projects and missions.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.

No prior experience required, although experience in retail is appreciated.

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
