1. Consolidate, analyze, and monitor payroll to ensure optimal financial management.
2. Prepare and consolidate the annual budget and its revisions, contributing to strategic financial planning.
3. Ensure transparency and compliance in social reporting, including the social balance sheet for France and consolidation of local reports.
4. Provide accurate analyses through the consolidation of monthly reports and social dashboards for informed decision-making.
5. Maintain an overview of human resources by monitoring workforce metrics.
6. Manage provisions for France and Europe with precision and rigor.

1. Advanced degree in Finance or Human Resources.
2. Minimum of 4 years of recognized expertise in Compensation and Benefits, preferably within an international group.

1. Analytical and synthesis capabilities to manage significant data flows.
2. Sensitivity to HR issues and confidentiality.
3. Strong interpersonal skills to build trustful relationships with diverse stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication in an international environment.

A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.

Advanced degree in Finance or Human Resources.
