Responsibilities
- Consolidate, analyze, and monitor payroll to ensure optimal financial management.
- Prepare and consolidate the annual budget and its revisions, contributing to strategic financial planning.
- Ensure transparency and compliance in social reporting, including the social balance sheet for France and consolidation of local reports.
- Provide accurate analyses through the consolidation of monthly reports and social dashboards for informed decision-making.
- Maintain an overview of human resources by monitoring workforce metrics.
- Manage provisions for France and Europe with precision and rigor.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance or Human Resources.
- Minimum of 4 years of recognized expertise in Compensation and Benefits, preferably within an international group.
Skills
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities to manage significant data flows.
- Sensitivity to HR issues and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trustful relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication in an international environment.
Experience Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
Education Requirements
Advanced degree in Finance or Human Resources.
