1. Consolidate, analyze, and monitor the payroll to ensure optimal financial management.
2. Prepare and consolidate the annual budget and its revisions, contributing to strategic financial planning.
3. Ensure transparency and compliance of social reports, including the social balance sheet for France and consolidation of local reports.
4. Provide precise analyses through monthly reporting and social dashboards for informed decision-making.
5. Maintain an overview of human resources by tracking workforce data.
6. Manage provisions for France and Europe with precision and rigor.
7. Oversee the annual salary review process to ensure equitable and rigorous management of salary increases.
8. Analyze market data through compensation surveys to ensure competitive offerings.
9. Recommend attractive and tailored compensation packages for employees.
10. Manage health and welfare plans in France, providing quality social benefits to employees.
11. Stay informed of best practices in social benefits to enhance employee well-being.
12. Contribute actively to the long-term strategic vision of Kenzo.

1. Advanced degree in Finance or Human Resources.
2. Minimum of 5 years of recognized expertise in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within an international group.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills to manage large data flows.
4. Sensitivity to HR issues and a strong sense of confidentiality.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in English, both oral and written, for communication in an international environment.
